Delete Your Account and Data

You can request the permanent deletion of your Numeric Battle account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to submit the request, what will be deleted, and how long it takes.
How to request deletion
Send us an email using the button below (or write to develop.antstudio@gmail.com) and include:
- The subject line:
Delete my Numeric Battle account - Your in-game display name / username
- The sign-in method you use (Apple, Google, Facebook, or username), and the email address linked to that account
Opens a pre-filled email — just complete your account details and send.
To protect your account, please send the request from the email address linked to your account whenever possible. We may ask for additional verification before processing the deletion.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile: display name, email address, avatar, and linked sign-in identifiers (Apple / Google / Facebook)
- Your preferences (language, notification settings)
- Your ranking data: ELO rating, wins, losses, and draws
- The association between you and your match history — remaining match records are irreversibly anonymized
What may be retained
- Anonymized match records that can no longer be linked to you (kept for game-integrity purposes)
- Minimal records we are legally required to keep, for no longer than the law requires
Processing time
We confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.
Deletion is permanent. Once processed, your account, ranking, and match history cannot be recovered.

Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá vĩnh viễn tài khoản Numeric Battle cùng toàn bộ dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan bất kỳ lúc nào. Trang này hướng dẫn cách gửi yêu cầu, những gì sẽ bị xoá và thời gian xử lý.
Cách gửi yêu cầu xoá
Gửi email cho chúng tôi bằng nút bên dưới (hoặc gửi đến develop.antstudio@gmail.com) kèm các thông tin:
- Tiêu đề email:
Xoá tài khoản Numeric Battle của tôi - Tên hiển thị / username trong trò chơi
- Phương thức đăng nhập bạn sử dụng (Apple, Google, Facebook hoặc username) và địa chỉ email gắn với tài khoản đó
Mở email soạn sẵn — bạn chỉ cần điền thông tin tài khoản và gửi.
Để bảo vệ tài khoản của bạn, vui lòng gửi yêu cầu từ địa chỉ email gắn với tài khoản nếu có thể. Chúng tôi có thể yêu cầu xác minh bổ sung trước khi xử lý.
Những gì sẽ bị xoá
- Hồ sơ tài khoản: tên hiển thị, địa chỉ email, ảnh đại diện và mã định danh đăng nhập liên kết (Apple / Google / Facebook)
- Các tuỳ chọn cá nhân (ngôn ngữ, cài đặt thông báo)
- Dữ liệu xếp hạng: điểm ELO, số trận thắng, thua, hoà
- Liên kết giữa bạn và lịch sử trận đấu — các bản ghi trận đấu còn lại sẽ được ẩn danh hoá không thể khôi phục
Những gì có thể được giữ lại
- Bản ghi trận đấu đã ẩn danh, không còn liên kết được với bạn (phục vụ tính toàn vẹn của trò chơi)
- Bản ghi tối thiểu mà chúng tôi buộc phải lưu theo quy định pháp luật, không lâu hơn thời hạn luật định
Thời gian xử lý
Chúng tôi sẽ xác nhận yêu cầu qua email và hoàn tất việc xoá trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ khi xác minh thành công.
Việc xoá là vĩnh viễn. Sau khi xử lý, tài khoản, thứ hạng và lịch sử trận đấu của bạn không thể khôi phục.
